JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for grant of benefits of A.C.P. Scheme, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, in paragraph no. 5, it has been stated that the Screening Committee has decided in its meeting held on 05.11.2014, to grant benefits of A.C.P. to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.10.2009, inasmuch as the petitioner has completed 10 years of service on 30.09.2009. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous, however, the respondent authorities are directed to pay the monetary benefits arising out of grant of
