2. This application is filed for quashing of the First Information Report bearing Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2021 against the petitioner along with other co-accused registered for the offence under Sections 419/ 420/ 406/ 467/ 468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation is proceeding towards submission of final form but form investigation is yet not complete.
