Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 418 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S.
