Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four witnesses have already been examined including the informant and none of them have supported the prosecution story. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is in custody since 14.8.2020.

Considering the depositions of the witnesses annexed with the supplementary affidavit as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
