Since the authority slip has already been issued by Accountant General and the payment has to be made by the opposite party no. 7, therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands disposed of giving direction to the opposite party no. 7 to ensure payment of petitioner in the light of authority slip dated 13.11.2017 to her within six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner shall be
