The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a motorcycle from his house and further it appears from the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner that he is in accused in one more case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the absence of the petitioner the motorcycle was recovered from his house and further he is in custody from two months and in other case he is on bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected. This application is disposed of with direction to the court below to release the petitioner on his own satisfaction once charge is framed in this case with undertaking that he will cooperate in disposal of trial and shall remain present on each and every date.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
