Petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No.151 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No.426 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2018. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and commitment has also been done.

In the written report, there is allegation that one country made loaded pistol with live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 11th, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S.
