This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the evidence available against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
