This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017 (CRI Case No. 1721/2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of stolen motorcycle from his house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is in judicial custody since 11.09.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
