16-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Bipin Kumar, learned counsel for Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, submits that of course showing compliance of the order of the writ court, an order has been passed by the Registrar of the University on 05.01.2015, there is apparent error in the order. The Court is of the opinion that in a contempt proceeding, it would be difficult for this Court to examine the correctness of the order, which has been passed in compliance with the order of the writ court. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of

Patna High Court MJC No.558 of 2014 (5) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 the Registrar of the University i.e. Annexure-A to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the University on 6th January 2015, he may assail the same in appropriate proceeding. The petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
