Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.6395 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.355 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-a, 37-b of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. Co-accused, Surendra Ram, was apprehended with the motorcycle. Smell of liquor was coming from his mouth. He disclosed the name of this petitioner. It has further been submitted that co-accused, Surendra Ram, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 10.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56115 of 2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.6395 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S.
