2. Direction is to file representation and further such representation was required to be examined and decided at the earliest. Such order has been passed on 24.01.2022 in the absence of time limit stipulated in the order in that event reasonable period of time would be three months. Three months is required to be calculated from the date of representation dated 11.04.2022 in other words in the month of July, 2022. 3. Accordingly, the present MJC/Contempt Petition No. 767 of 2023 stands dropped. Petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 07.11.2023, in accordance with law. Due to delay in complying the orders of this Court by more than 01 year and about 04 months. Petitioner is entitled to cost of litigation and it is quantified at Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. (P. B.
