That, a writ is being filed for the issuance of appropriate writ or writs order, orders direction for given to the learned Munsif Court, Banka in which the respondent (Defendant no. 3 Niranjan Thakur) has filed a counter claim and written statement in which signature of respondent/Defendant No.

3 of the learned Court below alleged that the signature of the defendant no.

3 is differ which is being of the court below and the plaintiff Soni Devi

Patna High Court CWJC No.16452 of 2014(2) dt.02-03-2023 2/2 always visits the quarter of learned Munsif Magistrate, Banka and Court of Munsif Magistrate, Banka is biased and not accepting the signature of the respondent/Defendant no. 3 as shown him order dated 16.06.2014 which signature of the Defendant no. 3 Niranjan Kumar appears to be differ so it may be given direction to the learned Munsif Magistrate, Banka to accept the signature of Respondent/Defendant no. 3 Niranjan Thakur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
