JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 07.10.2017 vide letter no.1043 passed in Appeal No.26 of 2017 passed by the learned District Program Officer, Sitamarhi and for quashing of the order dated 13.05.2023 passed in Anganwadi

Patna High Court CWJC No.6026 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/3 Appeal No.5 of 2018 whereby and whereunder the learned Collector, Sitamarhi without considering the fact of the case set aside the appointment of the respondent but directed to publish a fresh advertisement for appointment of Anganwadi Sewika which is illegal in view of the fact that the petitioner being disable was eligible for the appointment and further issuance for writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondents authority to reconsider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Anganwadi Sewika in the facts and circumstances of the present case and for grant of other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
