2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 384, 386, 427, 504 and 508 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.07.2022 at about 8 AM, while informant was constructing house over land appertaining to Khata No. 11 and Khesra No. 2094 which has been purchased by him from one Shekh Zamil Ahmad, in the meantime, it is alleged that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including these petitioners, came there and stopped the construction work and thereafter, co-accused Ramesh Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17674 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/3 Paswan demanded Rs. 5,00,000/- Rangdari. It is further alleged that on the orders of co-accused Ramesh Kumar Paswan, the accused persons threatened the informant and removed the hand pump from the land. Due to fear, the informant fled away from the spot.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of demanding Rangdari and threatening the informant is against co-accused Ramesh Kumar Paswan. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations and there is no specific accusation of overt act against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within
