Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case they have been roped as they were among the 60 protesters, raising protest against the death of a girl student who died in a road accident near N.H.-28.

No.56264 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and petitioners were members of the mob, protesting against death of the girl student, died in road accident, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-13, Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017,G.R. No. 4552/2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
