Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
44 bottles each containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner while she was travelling by bus and, for which, being widow lady, she is languishing in jail custody since 06-06-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31811 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned In-charge, Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.
