Mr. SRI SHAILENDRA KUMAR -2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 476 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant, father of the deceased, has lodged the FIR and alleged that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with one Sonu Kumar on 10.05.2017 and thereafter in-laws of his daughter started torturing her and demanded dowry. On account of torture she died on 18.09.2017 and cause of death was hanging. Petitioner is a married sister-in-law of the deceased and she used to live separately with her husband and family. She was not concern with the day to day affairs of the deceased. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.
