2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 300 of 2022 arising out of Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 364, 365, 302/120(B), 201 of IPC.

3. This case is arising out of same P.S. Case as in Cr. Misc. No. 24034 of 2025, in which the report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the court below, which has been received. The report shows that the session trial is pending for final defense argument.

4. It appears that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion. It is not proper to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, it is rejected.
