Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol, one cartridge and one mobile phone are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.1.2016.
