Case No. 365 of 2018 dated 22.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no report about the aforesaid motorcycle being stolen one. In fact, petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54560 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 owner of the aforesaid motorcycle. It has further been submitted that on erroneous facts, he has been made accused in this case.

The petitioner has been made accused in one other case apart from the present one and he is in custody since 22.06.2018.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 365 of 2018.
