ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.5.2014 by which the Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Criminal Revision No. 312 of 2012 set aside the order dated 17.7.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Disttt. Rohtas.
On going through the impugned order, I find that it was for good reasons that the order of cognizance was set aside and, hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed. The application stands dismissed.
