The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 dated 04.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 38(A), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Around twenty seven litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 05.10.2017 and they do not bear any criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The petitioners, above named are directed to be
