2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2016 in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 491 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and no recovery has been made from his possession. Similarly situated coaccused Maharshi Pandey, Randhir Rai @ Kari Rai and Raushan Kumar have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31683 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 35017 of 2016, respectively.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Supriya Goswami, learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 491 of 2015. Chandran/BT (Vikash Jain, J) U T
