JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 338, 379, 385, 427, 436, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 155 of 2015/296 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad stands rejected on the grounds mentioned by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33630 of 2016 (4) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 me in my previous order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57571 of 2015.
