Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder of the brother of the informant is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation on suspicion. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56920 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 204 of 2018 arising out of Samastipur Mufassil Police Station Case No.703 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
