ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 On the earlier occasion also petitioner had challenged the show cause notice dated 27.07.2024 and this Court vide order dated 27.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 41 of 2025 has set aside the same and directed the concerned SDO to issue afresh show cause notice. However, the authority has issued the show cause notice dated 05.02.2025 and the same is not consonance with the provisions of 27(ii) of Control (Order), 2016.

2. Having regard to the same, the impugned order dated 25.02.2025 is set aside, the authority is directed to issue afresh show cause notice containing all the violations, if any, by the petitioner and also the proposals for cancellation. Thereafter, grant time to the petitioner to submit his explanation. On receipt

Patna High Court CWJC No.4896 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 of the same, they shall pass a reasoned orders strictly in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the explanation submitted by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
