The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/447/323/324/307/384/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of making assault to the informant, his elder brother and his nephew. The accused persons also snatched gold chain worth Rs.85-90 thousand from the neck of nephew of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Munna Kumar. Accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33103 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.62 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
