The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 457, 380, 511 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018 and similarly circumstanced the other coaccused namely Sukesh Paswan @ Sukesh Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Case No. 55482 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail after on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54842 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018.
