2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Rail PS Case No.139 of 2023 dated 25.08.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that one stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from his possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner is not a stolen mobile, rather, it belongs to the petitioner. Learned counsel

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya, in Sasaram Rail PS Case No.
