Petitioners submit that though the concerned Jalkars were settled with them, they are not being issued Parwanas even after the settlement for the fixed year 2012-2013 and though the petitioners are regularly approaching the authority concerned to accept the revenue by filing an application before the District Fisheries Officer, Buxar which is appended as Annexure 3 to this writ application, nothing is being done.
In the aforementioned circumstances, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 2, i.e., the Director, Fisheries, Bihar, Patna. On such representation having been filed by the petitioners, let the Director, Fisheries, Bihar, Patna, take a
Patna High Court CWJC No.16780 of 2014 (2) dt.04-05-2015 decision on the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing.
This disposes of the writ petition.
