The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 30.5.2016 in Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 341/ 323/ 452/ 436/ 504/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

By way of referring to the F.I.R. it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and his father both were made accused only on suspicion.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties I have

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the facts disclosed in the F.I.R. the court considers to direct for release of the petitioner. Accordingly the petitioner Ampu Sharma alias Yugesh Sharma be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar Yadav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad / concerned court in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
