Petitioners are in custody in connection Special Case No. 6221 of 2018 arising out of Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 for the offence under sections 20, 22, 29 NDPS Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and no contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and levelling Sections 20, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act is uncall for. Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 5.7.2018.
