1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, dated 24.09.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. NO.12777 of 2021, the SubDivisional Officer, Jay Nagar, Madhubani, has passed a reasoned order dated 10.10.2022, whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. License of the petitioner has been cancelled.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2022. Liberty so sought is granted.
