Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being truck driver was pressurized by the petitioners to carry the goods across the boarder of Jharkhand on the basis of fake permits on payment of Rs. 1000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest that forged permits were thrust upon the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.36223 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the truckers who crossed the boarder on the basis of forged permits, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati(Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
