The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the fact that injury caused to the informant was found simple in nature by the doctor, who examined him, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56988 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
