2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 308, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties, who are Gotias. Injuries have been sustained by both sides. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and the injuries sustained by the informant said to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
