The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.117 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of threatening the son of Shubham Kumar and he informed about the illegal confinement of Prakash Kumar in the house of Shatrudhan Singh and the same was stated to his elder brother Gauri Shankar Singh and thereafter he heard about the hanging of Prakash Kumar and Aayushi Kumari and the police came and recovered the dead body .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17980 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 order dated 21.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75989 of 2018, order dated 22.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10744 of 2019 and order dated 11.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14500 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that it is a case of brutal murder and honour killing and there are materials against the petitioner even the charges have been framed against the petitioner and other accused persons. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that several other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different benches of this Court, as such let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Pranav Bharti, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.117 of 2018.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
