On getting confidential information, police arrived at Kashi Bazar Chowk. Seeing the police, one person ran away from tea stall who was apprehended and disclosed his identity that of petitioner. It has also been disclosed that police had gone upon roof of third floor wherefrom forty-six bottles of foreign liquor was seized and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.06.2016 having no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Rakesh Kumar @ Chandan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.174 of 2016.
