2. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of the list of successful candidates made by the Bihar Public Service Commission dated 10.12.2021 on the basis of their academic credential against Advertisement No. 77 of 2014.

3. However, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has pointed out that the petitioner has not made parties all the successful candidates in this writ petition and all of them have already joined the post and in this way they acquired their right on the said post.

4. In view of the above-mentioned submissions made
