Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40248 of 2013 dt.02-04-2015 2/2 referred to the Mediation Centre, where the parties agreed to dissolve the marriage by mutual consent.

The Petitioner of Cr.Misc.No.10551 of 2014 was required to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 as one time settlement. A draft of the aforesaid amount is handed over to the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2, who signs in the margin of the order sheet in token of receipt of the same.

Considering the amicable settlement, further proceedings of Sasaram (M) P.S. case No.101 of 2013 including the order dated 24.4.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (M) P.S. case No.101 of 2013 is hereby dropped. Also Maintenance case No.42 of 2013 pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Sasaram is dropped.

The spouses are directed to file an application before the Court below under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, upon which a favourable order shall be passed by the Court below in view of the settlement before this Court.
