The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners and other caught hold the informant when co-accused Om Pralash Bhagat and Ganesh Bhagat assaulted with farsa and Khanti to the informant..
