The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,379,354,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner tried to catch hold of the daughter of the informant when she went outside to ease. When the informant made protest, the family members of the petitioner assaulted the informant when cousin and aunt of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted and cash of rupees six hundred was snatched from the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no offence under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33065 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 section 354 IPC is made out and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
