JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Perused the letter no. 42 dated 01.11.2017 of Sri Alok Raj, the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Supaul. He has sought further six months time to conclude POCSO Case No. 37 of 2016 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016, on the ground that charge has been framed on 27.04.2017 and only one prosecution witness has been examined out of six witnesses.

Under the circumstances, further two months time is granted to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Supaul to conclude POCSO Case No. 37 of 2016 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016.
