The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018 registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of A.C.J.M-VI, Bhojpur at Ara.

The accusation is that tempo of the informant was hired by some persons, but in the way, one person gave signal to stop the tempo. Thereafter, informant was pushed from the tempo and all fled away with the tempo of the informant. The informant detailed about the physique of the culprits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has come in

Since the informant has detailed the physique of the culprits indulged in the theft of tempo, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
