JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 A short issue has been raised on behalf of the writ petitioner in this case. It is submitted that, though he has retired on 30.09.2013 from the post of Night Guard at Bikramganj from the office of Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. however, not a single penny has been given out of his legitimate retiral dues.
In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. to look into the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10311 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2 / 2 matter and take necessary step for payment of the legitimate retiral dues of the petitioner, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is not found entitled for any payment then a reasoned order should be passed by him.
