Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that one looted mobile was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 29.03.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga
