The petitioners are in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.280/2018 (G.R. No.1418/2018) for the offence registered under Section 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 17.05.2018.
Considering the totality of the facts and situation, let the petitioners named above are directed to be released after 17.11.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with
