This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tr. No. 4143 of 2022 arising out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 135 litre foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge Excise Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Tr. No. 4143 of 2022 arising out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022.
