2. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.10.2024, petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members by means of sword and rod, as a result caused injury on head, hand and eye.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the injury caused by the petitioner is grievous in nature.
